insaneX Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 4, 2026
The short version
- We collect what you type into our quiz, form and booking calendar, plus basic technical data from your visit.
- We use it to reply to you, check fit, book and hold your strategy call, follow up, and measure and improve our ads.
- We may contact you by email and phone about your request, and by text only if you tick the text box. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and build ad audiences. California law calls this "sharing" your data for targeted ads. It does not load in browsers that send Global Privacy Control, and you can opt out (see section 9).
- Visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland are excluded: the Meta Pixel does not load for them.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. Email pranav@insanex.io.
1. Who we are
insaneX is operated by insaneX consulting Private Limited ("insaneX", "we", "us" or "our"). Our website is insanex.io.
We build paid ads, funnels, CRM, and email and SMS follow-up for SaaS companies, agencies and B2B service firms. This website helps business owners and decision-makers find out if we are a fit.
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through insanex.io, our quiz, our contact form, our booking calendar, and our emails, texts and calls with you about your request. We decide why and how your information is used. In privacy law terms, we are the "controller" (GDPR and UK GDPR) and, to the extent California law applies to us, the "business" (California law).
Our address is 539 W. Commerce St #6661, Dallas, TX 75208, United States.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, company website, email address, and phone number with country code.
- Quiz answers: your biggest growth bottleneck, business type, number one goal, current funnel status, monthly revenue band, how soon you want help, and whether you want a free strategy session.
- Booking details: the date and time you choose, and any notes you add.
- Your messages: anything you send us by email, text or phone, and your consent and opt-out choices.
We do not collect payment data on this website. Please do not send us sensitive information such as health data, government ID numbers or card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Campaign data from the page URL: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid and gclid.
- Visit data: the page URL and the time of your visit.
- Device and browser data and your IP address. Our website host keeps standard server logs, and our font provider and booking calendar receive this data when they load.
- Cookies and identifiers set by the Meta Pixel, such as _fbp and _fbc, except for visitors in Europe and browsers that send Global Privacy Control.
Information from partners
- Ad platforms: when you click one of our ads, the platform passes campaign details and a click ID to us through the URL.
- Our service providers: for example, GoHighLevel creates records of your booking.
3. How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- Qualify fit, so we can tell you honestly if we can help.
- Schedule and hold your strategy call, and send reminders.
- Follow up by email, text and phone, including automated messages.
- Measure and improve our ads, and build advertising audiences.
- Keep the website secure, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Meet our legal obligations and handle legal claims.
4. Why we are allowed to use your information (EEA and UK)
If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on these legal bases for the purposes in section 3:
- Consent: for texts and calls where the law requires consent. We do not load the Meta Pixel, set advertising cookies or build advertising audiences from the visits of visitors whose device is set to a European time zone, which covers the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
- Before a contract, at your request: to respond to your inquiry, book your call and discuss our services.
- Legitimate interests: to qualify leads, follow up on business inquiries, and keep our systems secure. We balance these interests against your rights. You can object at any time.
- Legal obligation: where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.
In short: replying, scheduling and holding your call rely on steps at your request before a contract. Email, text and phone follow-up relies on consent where the law requires it, and otherwise on legitimate interests. The Meta Pixel and advertising audiences are not used for visitors in Europe. Security and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests. Legal compliance relies on legal obligation.
Do you have to give us your data? No. But without your contact details we cannot reply or book your call.
Automated decisions: We use your quiz answers to help assess fit. Some answers automatically decide whether the site shows you our booking calendar or a page explaining that we are not the best fit yet. You can always email us to ask for a call. We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
5. Text messages, calls and email
When you submit our form, you agree that insaneX may call and email you about your request. Texts are separate and optional. We text you only if you tick the text box on the form, which is unticked by default and reads: "Yes, text me booking confirmations, reminders and follow-ups from insaneX, including automated texts." Texts may be automated, such as pre-written messages sent through GoHighLevel and its phone provider. They are only about your request. We do not send promotional or bulk marketing texts.
- What we send: booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about your request and the services you asked about.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any text. You can also opt out by emailing pranav@insanex.io or by telling us on a call. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link. We honor any reasonable request to stop.
- Help: reply HELP to any text, or email pranav@insanex.io or call +1 (323) 329 4091.
- Not a condition of purchase: consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- Email: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link where the law requires one.
Full text message terms are in section 4 of our Terms of Use.
Our text-message service providers (GoHighLevel and its phone provider) handle your mobile number and consent record only to send our messages for us, and we do not allow them to use them for their own marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Cookies and tracking
Here is what runs on insanex.io today, and what may run later:
- Meta Pixel: it does not load in browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal, and it does not load for visitors whose device is set to a European time zone, which covers the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. It is a script from Meta Platforms that sets cookies and identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. Meta and other third parties may collect or receive information from this website through it and use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads. It records page views, quiz steps, form submissions (including the business type you choose), bookings, and requests for our free resources (including which resource you asked for), so we can measure ads and build advertising audiences. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number or text-message opt-in or consent records.
- Meta Conversions API: we do not use it. Our systems do not send your data to Meta from our servers.
- Google Fonts: our fonts load from Google servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
- GoHighLevel booking calendar: after you submit the form, our booking calendar loads from GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) servers. Your name, email address and phone number are passed to it so you do not have to type them again, and it may set cookies it needs to work.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads: we do not use these today. We may use them in future to understand traffic and measure ads. If we do, we will update this policy.
How to opt out
- Meta: change your ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Industry opt-outs: United States aboutads.info/choices; Europe youronlinechoices.eu; Canada youradchoices.ca.
- Google Analytics: install the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Global Privacy Control: turn on GPC in your browser or extension. We treat it as an opt-out request (see section 9).
- Browser settings: block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well.
- Your Privacy Choices: the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page brings you to section 9, which explains how to opt out. We do not show a cookie banner, because we do not load the Meta Pixel or set advertising cookies for visitors whose device is set to a European time zone, which covers the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
- Email us: write to pranav@insanex.io with the subject "Opt out of sharing".
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for it, so we treat only Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to run our business.
Service providers
These companies are service providers (processors). They act for us:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM, calendar booking, and email and SMS sending. SMS is carried through its phone provider. Privacy policy.
- Google Workspace: our business email. Privacy policy.
- Hostinger: website hosting. Privacy policy.
Advertising and analytics partners (third parties under California law)
These partners decide for themselves how they use some of the data they receive. Visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland are excluded from the Meta Pixel: it does not load for visitors whose device is set to a European time zone, which covers the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, so no data from their visits is sent to Meta through it.
- Meta Platforms: the Meta Pixel, for ad measurement and audiences. Meta also uses some data under its own terms. Privacy policy.
- Google: Google Fonts, and Google Analytics or Google Ads if we use them. Privacy policy.
Other sharing
We may also share information:
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our rights, or protect the safety and security of people, our users and our systems.
- In a business transfer: if insaneX is part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not transferred for marketing purposes.
- With professional advisers: such as lawyers and accountants, who must keep it confidential. Mobile information is not shared with them for marketing or promotional purposes.
- With your direction: when you ask us to.
8. Sale and sharing
insaneX does not sell personal information for money. The Meta Pixel may also count as a "sale" under some state laws, because we get ad measurement and audience services in return. We treat them the same as "sharing", and the opt-out in section 9 covers both. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
We do use an advertising tool, the Meta Pixel, that California law calls "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. In plain terms, we use data about your visit to measure our ads and show you targeted ads on other sites and apps. Section 9 explains this and how to opt out.
9. California privacy notice
This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If you live in another US state with a privacy law, you may have similar rights. Use the contact method below.

Sources and purposes
We collect this information from you, automatically from your device and browser, and from ad platforms and our service providers. We use it for the purposes listed in section 3.
Notice at collection
This is our notice at collection. For each category, it says why we collect the information, whether it is shared, and how long we keep it. None of these categories is sold for money (see section 8). Retention periods are in section 11.
- Identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address, Meta cookie IDs, click IDs): collected to respond, schedule, follow up, measure ads and keep the site secure. Your IP address and online identifiers (not your name, email address or phone number) are shared with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. Kept as described in section 11 for lead, quiz and booking records, SMS consent and opt-out records, and advertising data.

- Professional or business information (company website, business type, goals, funnel status, monthly revenue band): collected to respond, qualify fit, and hold your strategy call. Not shared for advertising, except that the business type you choose may be included in the form-submission event sent to Meta. Not shared for advertising, apart from the fact that you submitted the form or booked a call. Kept as described in section 11 for lead, quiz and booking records, and client records.
- Internet or other electronic network activity (page URL, timestamps, UTM parameters, device and browser data, interactions): collected to measure and improve our ads, build advertising audiences and keep the site secure. Kept as described in section 11 for advertising and analytics data.
- Sensitive personal information: we do not intentionally collect it.
Our form links to this Privacy Policy, including this notice at collection, next to the See Available Times button.
Disclosure and sharing
- Disclosed for a business purpose to the service providers listed in section 7 under Service providers: identifiers, customer records, professional information, commercial information and internet activity.
- Shared for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads based on your activity across different sites and apps) with Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel: your IP address, browser and device identifiers, Meta cookie IDs (_fbp, _fbc), click IDs (fbclid) and website activity such as page views, quiz steps, form submissions, bookings and resource requests. We do not share names, email addresses, phone numbers or text-message opt-in or consent records for advertising.
- Sold for money: none. The advertising data shared with Meta described above may also be a sale under some state laws.
Your California rights
- Know: ask what personal information we collected, used, disclosed and shared, and get a copy.
- Delete: ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, with some legal exceptions.
- Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: tell us to stop sharing your information for targeted ads based on your activity across sites and apps (cross-context behavioral advertising).
- Limit sensitive information: we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what the law allows.
- Non-discrimination: we will not treat you worse for using these rights.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser. Our site checks for the signal before loading any advertising tool, and the Meta Pixel does not load in a browser that sends it.
How to submit a request
To opt out of sale or sharing, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email pranav@insanex.io with the subject "Opt out of sharing". The "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page brings you to this section. For any other request, email pranav@insanex.io.
- We may ask for details to confirm it is you, so we do not give your data to the wrong person.
- We respond within the time the law requires, generally 45 days, and tell you if we need more time.
- Authorized agents: you can use an agent. We may ask for your written permission and may verify your identity with you directly.
- Appeals: if we deny a request, reply with the subject "Appeal" and we will review it again.
10. Rights in the EEA, UK and other countries, and international transfers
Your rights
If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time; and
- complain to your data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EU, it is the authority in your country.
Email pranav@insanex.io to use these rights. We respond within one month, and tell you if we need more time as the law allows. Requests from the EU and UK go to the same address, pranav@insanex.io.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. Our providers process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA or UK, your data is sent outside your region. Where the law requires it, we rely on legal safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and their UK versions. You can ask us for details.
Visitors in other countries
Our visitors may be in Canada, India, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Singapore and other countries. Your local law may give you rights to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. Email pranav@insanex.io and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you.
11. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. To decide how long, we look at:
- whether we are still in contact with you;
- whether you have asked us to stop;
- what the law requires us to keep; and
- whether we need it to handle disputes or claims.
Our retention periods are:
- Lead, quiz and booking records: 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
- Client records, if you become a client: 7 years after the relationship ends, to meet tax, accounting and legal needs.
- SMS consent and opt-out records: 5 years after the last text we send you. We keep opt-outs so we can respect them.
- Advertising and analytics data: up to 2 years. Cookie lifetimes are set by the provider that sets them.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymize it.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we choose providers that offer security controls. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.
13. Children
This website is for business owners and decision-makers aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email pranav@insanex.io and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy and governing law
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will give more notice, such as a notice on this site or an email, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where your local privacy law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
